How do I view the shop?
Clicking on "our boutique" will display the various categories annabella maternity have on offer.
Either click on the category visual or select your choice from the list on the left hand side of the page. At any point you can change categories by clicking from this list. All the products within the category will then be displayed. Click on the selected product to view more details. To zoom in on the visual displayed, place your mouse over it and wait for it to load. To view the smaller thumbnail visuals below the main product shot, please click on them. Fabric, washcare and size information may be viewed by clicking on the tabs to activate.
How do I select my purchase?
If you wish to purchase an item, you need to select your size, colour & the quantity by clicking in the corresponding boxes.
What happens if the garment is out of stock?
A red button will appear stating that the item is out of stock. If you would like to be notified when this item is available please click on this button and insert your details when prompted.
How do I know my size?
Refer to the sizing chart within the product details.
How do I purchase that garment?
Click “add to shopping bag” and the product selected will be added to your shopping bag.
You can now continue shopping...
At any point you can check what you have selected to purchase by clicking on “view your shopping bag” located on the top right hand side of the screen. You will see all your selected items on a list.
If you are happy with your selection then click "buy now"
If I am buying a gift, can it be wrapped?
Our gifting comes in the form of our satin drawstring gift bag, which is available in black or white at a
cost of R40 each. It comes with a
gift tag, where a personalised message may be added if you wish. If you
are sending the gift directly and would like us to write the message
for you, please send us an e-mail with your purchase reference number
& message via the "contact us" page. You will be able to select this 'gift bag' option within your shopping bag prior to checkout.
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
Once you have clicked 'buy now' and are on the checkout page, select 'gift voucher' as your payment method. You will then need to fill in the other information required, press 'continue checkout'. You will now have to enter your unique voucher code in the place provided. This code can be found bottom left-hand side of your voucher. If your voucher does not cover the full purchase you will be asked to select your preferred method of payment for the remainder. Please ensure you spend the full amount reflected on the voucher as we will not be able to provide change.
How do I pay?
For purchasing purposes we require personal information. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details. You will now be required to submit all the details required for payment and delivery.
