Delivery
We have 2 delivery options - Post Office (counter to counter) and Courier (door to door).
If you live in Cape Town, you may choose to come to our showroom on a Friday morning between 9-11am for a fitting or to collect a garment. Please contact us to make a time.
Post Office Delivery Option
If you select the Post Office delivery method, you order will be dispatched on the following Monday or Thursday after your order has been received.
We need a minimum of 24 hours to process your order after payment has been received.
If that is not suitable, a special request can be made. To ensure safe arrival we require a contact phone number and a complete address on ordering . We will email a tracking number to you once the order has been dispatched. Please allow 4-8 (within SA) and 7-14 (international) working days for delivery. The weight of your purchase will effect the delivery cost. This will be calculated for you at "check out".

Within SA:
R25 for under 1kg
R40 1-2kg
R45 2-3kg
R50 3-4kg
R55 4-5kg
R5 per kg over and above 5kg
International:
Australia:
R260 - under 1kg
R18 per 100g over and above 1kg plus an additional cost of R100 per parcel
Canada:
R279.40 - under 1kg
R17.70 per 100g over and above 1kg plus an additional cost of R102.40 per parcel
United Kingdom:
R260 - under 1kg
R11.50 per 100g over and above 1kg plus an additional cost of R140 per parcel

Local import duties may be payable on receipt (for international orders).
South African Courier Systems delivery option
We need a minimum of 24 hours to process your order after payment has been received.

been dispatched. The weight of your purchase plus whether you live in a central or outlying area will effect the delivery cost.

R70 for under 2kg - central locations - R30 per kilo over 2kg
R100 for under 2kg - outlying areas - R40 a kilo over 2kg
International:
Australia:
R500 - 0.5kg and under
R600 - 0.5kg-1kg
Canada:
R495 - 0.5kg and under
R592 - 0.5kg-1kg
United Kingdom:
R380 - 0.5kg and under
R480 - 0.5-1kg
Rest of Europe:
R500 - 0.5kg and under
R600 - 0.5kg-1kg

Please note, local import duties may be payable on receipt (for international orders).Please allow 1-4 working days for delivery (within SA) and 2-5 working days (International). Please note couriers will not deliver to PO Boxes. If we are experiencing delays or the item is out of stock you will be contacted by email.
Returns
If you are not completely happy with your annabella maternity purchase we'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund. Please notify us via email within 5 days of receipt if you wish to return or exchange you item(s). A returns form will be e-mailed to you which must be filled in and returned with the item(s). All products must be returned to us within 10 days in their original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact. Certain products are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons. All underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please make sure you refer to our sizing guide before ordering. Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made and will be made within one week after receipt of returned items. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the refund has been made. Please note: funds may take up to 3 days to clear.
All non annabella maternity products may only be returned if defective. A replacement product will be provided. No refunds will be given. Returns will not be accepted after 10 working days.
Please note that it is your responsibility to pay the returns postage.
